At ROWDEN, every piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail. Many of our products are handmade or made-to-order, meaning small variations and natural imperfections are part of the product’s character and uniqueness.
By placing an order, you agree to the policies below.
Order Processing & Production
Some items are handmade or produced to order and may require production time before shipment.
Please allow additional time during periods of high demand.
All delivery and shipping estimates are business estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
International shipments may also experience delays due to customs, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other logistical factors outside our control.
Orders cannot be canceled once production, preparation, or shipment has begun.
Handmade Product Disclaimer
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:
- Small variations in color, stitching, texture, print placement, fabric tone, or finish may occur
- Slight differences between product photos and the final item are normal
- Handmade imperfections do not qualify as defects
- Lighting, screen settings, and photography may slightly affect color appearance
These characteristics are considered part of the product’s artistic and handmade nature.
Refund & Return Eligibility
We only offer refunds, replacements, or return approvals under limited circumstances.
Eligible cases may include:
- Incorrect item received
- Severe damage during shipping
- Verified manufacturing defect
- Product arriving unusable or significantly different from the approved order
To request assistance, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo or video evidence
Claims submitted without evidence may be rejected.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will NOT be approved for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- “I no longer want it”
- Personal taste or expectation differences
- Minor cosmetic variations
- Natural handmade imperfections
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or logistics
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
- Products that have been used, displayed, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
If tracking shows the parcel as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer and local carrier.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers must first:
- Check nearby safe locations
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the local delivery carrier
Return Authorization
Returns are not accepted without prior approval.
Please contact:
before sending any item back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
If approved, the item must be returned:
- In original packaging
- In unused condition
- With all included components
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged due to transit or packaging issues, we review each case individually.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Returned to Sender / Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to sender due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unclaimed package
the customer may be responsible for paying reshipping costs.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
Opening disputes without first contacting support may delay resolution while the claim is reviewed.
Resolution Options
If a claim is approved, ROWDEN may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
- Replacement item
- Partial refund
- Store credit
- Discount code
- Repair or reshipment
Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed unless required by applicable consumer laws.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer protection laws.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused
- Only basic inspection is permitted
- The item must be returned in original packaging
If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for inspection, a reduction in refund value may apply.
Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
